Responsible Gaming at boo88

We are committed to providing a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for every player in Bangladesh. Gaming should always remain a form of entertainment — never a financial burden.

At boo88, responsible gaming is not just a policy — it is a core value. We believe that every player deserves to enjoy slots, cricket betting, and live casino games in a safe environment. Our tools and guidelines are designed to keep gaming fun and within your control at all times.

Gambling is a form of paid entertainment enjoyed by millions of adults across Bangladesh and around the world. The vast majority of people who gamble do so responsibly — they set a budget, stick to it, and walk away when they choose. boo88 supports this mindset wholeheartedly and provides practical tools to help you maintain healthy gaming habits throughout your time on our platform.

However, we also understand that for a small number of individuals, gambling can stop being fun and start becoming a problem. If you feel that your gambling activity is affecting your daily life, relationships, or finances, boo88 urges you to use the player protection tools available in your account and to reach out to our support team without hesitation. No question is too small, and no concern will go unanswered.

Recognising Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can affect anyone, regardless of age, background, or income level. Recognising the early warning signs is the first step toward regaining control. If any of the following apply to you or someone you know, it may be time to seek help.

Warning Signs to Watch For

  • Spending more money on gambling than you can afford to lose
  • Borrowing money or selling possessions to fund gambling activity
  • Feeling anxious, irritable, or restless when not gambling
  • Neglecting work, family, or social responsibilities due to gambling
  • Chasing losses with larger and larger bets
  • Hiding gambling activity from family members or close friends

If two or more of the above apply to you, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool or contact our support team immediately. Your wellbeing always comes first at boo88.

21+
Minimum age requirement for all players on boo88

boo88 operates a strict 21+ age policy across all games and betting markets. This includes slots, live casino tables, cricket betting, basketball markets, and all other products offered on the platform. Age verification is carried out during account registration and may be repeated at any time if our compliance team identifies a concern.

We urge all adults with children at home to safeguard their devices and accounts. If you share a computer, phone, or tablet with younger family members in Dhaka, Sylhet, Chittagong, or elsewhere, always log out of your boo88 account after each session and consider using a dedicated device for gaming. Parental control software is widely available and free to use on most operating systems.

Responsible Gaming FAQs

You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits by visiting your account settings on boo88. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Reducing a limit is applied at once, while increasing a limit may involve a short review period to ensure player safety.

Self-exclusion allows you to block access to your boo88 account for a chosen period — ranging from a short break to a permanent closure. During the exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or receive any promotional communications. To request self-exclusion, contact our support team at [email protected].

No. boo88 is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We take our age verification responsibilities very seriously. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned. We urge parents and guardians to use parental control software to prevent underage access to gambling platforms.

If you feel that gambling is negatively impacting your life, take action immediately. Use the self-exclusion or time-out feature in your boo88 account settings, or contact our support team at [email protected]. Talking to someone you trust — a family member or close friend in Dhaka, Chittagong, or anywhere in Bangladesh — is also a healthy first step. You are not alone, and help is available.
