1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and boo88 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or accessing any service on boo88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the boo88 platform. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain a boo88 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or placing bets.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party when depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds.
• You must not be a current employee, director, agent, or close relative of a boo88 employee or affiliate.

boo88 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity documentation at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended pending investigation and, where confirmed, permanently closed with any balances forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on boo88. Duplicate accounts are strictly forbidden and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts, including forfeiture of any pending bonuses or winnings.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid contact number or email address. boo88 will use this information for identity verification (KYC) purposes.

• Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. boo88 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access due to your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify boo88 immediately via email at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised activity on your account.
• Account sharing with other persons is prohibited. Your account is for your personal use only.

Account Verification (KYC)

boo88 may require you to complete identity and address verification before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain promotions. Acceptable verification documents include a national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Verification of payment methods may also be required. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

boo88 supports a range of local and international payment methods suitable for players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits

The minimum deposit on boo88 is ৳200. We accept deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. boo88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may levy their own charges.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to successful completion of any applicable KYC verification. boo88 reserves the right to process withdrawals only to the same payment method used for the original deposit (same-method policy). The following conditions must be met before a withdrawal is approved:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete).
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied prior to withdrawal.
• The account must not be subject to any active investigation or security review.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

boo88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that accompany each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions that apply to all promotions on boo88 unless stated otherwise:

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may only be claimed once per eligible player.
• Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.
• boo88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, subject to applicable consumer protection obligations.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitation of technical errors, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential permanent account closure.

Promotions are intended for recreational players only. Players who consistently make low-risk, arbitrage-style wagers that indicate bonus hunting rather than genuine gameplay may have their bonus eligibility restricted or removed.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on boo88 — including slots, live casino tables, crash games, sports betting, and fish shooting games — are governed by their respective individual game rules as published on the platform. In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed outcome and the game server result, the server result shall be considered final and binding.

boo88 utilises RNG (Random Number Generator) technology across all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Sports betting results are determined by the final official result of the relevant sporting event as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football, BPL organisers for Bangladesh Premier League matches).

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on boo88 and will result in immediate suspension and investigation: use of automated betting software or bots; collusion with other players; exploiting technical errors or glitches for financial gain; placing bets after an event's result is known; and any other conduct that constitutes cheating, fraud, or manipulation of games or outcomes.

7. Responsible Gaming

boo88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all players. We encourage all users to gamble for entertainment purposes only and within their personal financial means. Gambling should never be used as a way to generate income or to recover financial losses.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the boo88 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of boo88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform without express written permission from boo88.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, boo88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures, even if boo88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

boo88 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Maintenance windows, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect service availability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where practicable.

11. Amendments to Terms

boo88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will post the updated Terms on the platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of boo88 following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration. boo88 is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly, efficiently, and transparently.
